I want to suggest this feature as an addition to Serverless.

What Serverless does, it puts the app/service into a sleeping state, which can impact loading times for websites especially. Therefore i am suggesting to add a Scale to Zero option, which gradually reduces the Egress connections. The service itself should still be able to work normally but doesnt need to load elements which it would need to load if eg. a user is looking at the website, this would significantly increase loading times since it would only need to load the unloaded/sleeping elemetents of the app, this would also be able to work with status pages since it shows that the service is online if you call it from another website otherwise it would return a error.
