I know we can set in sleep mode a service when no traffic is detected in the next 10 mins but this cause to have the cold boot and may be impacting user experience, I tried using it and users asked me why the app sometimes go slow

What about if we can schedule to put in sleep mode a service for certain working hours

For example, I have several apps that are being used in small companies, normally employees used them from 8 am to 5 pm (work hours) from Monday to Friday, and saturdays from 8 am to noon

it would be nice that we can set the services to always will be always awake in those periods and in sleep in the non working hours which would be from 5 pm to 8 am next day, also Saturday afternoon and Sunday the whole day unless traffic is detected (maybe an employee need to access one after work hours)

This way we don’t need to be setting the service to sleep every 10 minutes, in my case 95% of the traffic is used in those periods of time
