As noted in this discussion, there is already a way to use the "system" color theme instead of having to manually pick dark/light mode. However, the only way to do this is to press cmd+K (a feature I didn't even realize existed until I saw that thread and just happened to guess the keyboard shortcut lol). Then "Change theme" > Sync with System.
This method is really unclear to me since there is a theme picker already in the account menu which allows you to pick between light and dark mode (but no "system" option).
Personally, I use light mode during the day and dark mode at night, so if I'm using Railway at different times of the day, I was manually switching from light to dark mode, which is slightly annoying. Although I now know I can use cmd+K to and click "change theme" > sync with system, as far as I know, there is no way to do so on mobile.
Could we get a dropdown or toggle within that account menu (the menu that shows when I click on my profile photo) that lets us pick the system option? Also, could the "sync with system" option just be the default? Most sites and apps these days use the "system" option as the default for dark/light mode, so it would make things easier for newer users like myself if the theme matched what I see on other sites. Thank you!
