Yup, just updating envs is taking over 10 minutes.
Starting to lose patience with the team, throughout this month there have been just 8 days without incident.
I'm scaling my startup and I am not at enterprise scale yet, I even upgraded to the pro plan thinking I would get better uptime and support. I am considering moving over to some other platform at this point because there's no accountability or end in sight. They continue to post Friday changelogs with no acknowledgement of all the fires throughout the week and I am not anymore confident that things will be better next week.
My infra platform should be the least of my issues at this stage.

my main concern is they lately they have been slow to or just do not at all declare incidents.

That too, because even with their rose-tinted reporting, the uptimes are not good.
