I would like to submit a complaint regarding the slow performance of the Railway website. I made a payment for the service, but the website was loading very slowly, and I experienced significant delays during the process.
This issue caused inconvenience and affected the overall user experience. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the website’s performance.

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the slow experience during checkout. Your payment did go through and your service (TaskManagement) is deployed and healthy on our side, so nothing is stuck on your account.
The slowness you hit was on the Railway dashboard itself, not your service. If you can share roughly when it happened, which page (billing/checkout?), and your browser/region, we can pull it against our frontend performance metrics for that window. A quick first check on your end: try a hard refresh or an incognito window to rule out a stale cached bundle.
We are actively working on dashboard load times, so this feedback is useful. Let us know if you see it again.

Thanks for the reply.
Just to clarify, the issue is not related to checkout. The Railway website in general feels slow for me — pages and requests take a while to load across the site overall.
I’m using Microsoft Edge on Windows.
