Staged changes disappear after deploy acknowledgment, but current configuration stays unchanged

I'm reporting a configuration-application acknowledgment mismatch as platform feedback and asking for the appropriate diagnostic/support path.

On 13 October 2026 around 01:23 UTC, Railway's connector acknowledged that staged changes were committed and deployment was triggered. The staged patch disappeared, but current service settings stayed unchanged and no new deployment or activity entry appeared.

Around 01:33 UTC, one controlled attempt through the dashboard's Deploy Changes button produced the same result after the complete staged diff was reviewed. No third attempt was made. At 01:43 UTC, status still showed no pending work, no new deployment, and no current warnings or recent failures. A read-only recheck around 14:29 UTC still showed unchanged configuration, no pending work, and no newer deployment.

This concerns an isolated QA service on Hobby. Checks at the time surfaced no quota or suspension warning. Railway and GitHub status pages reported operational service; we have not established a cause.

What is the correct diagnostic route for this acknowledgment/configuration mismatch, and how can we determine whether either operation could still apply later?

This is a diagnosis-only request. Please do not retry or change resources. We are asking about the general diagnostic route without attaching a service identity to this public thread. Identifiers and a detailed timeline can be provided only through a verified private support channel; please advise how to arrange that for a Hobby account.
