Static outbound IP for replica in different regions

For eg: if my application is having two replica (one in Singapore & other one in US East) then I will not get Static outbound IP address for both of them, if I reduce my replica to 1 (killing one of the replica) then only I'll get the Static outbound IP

It would be great if I can get different IP addresses for different regions, if I deploy multiple replica to that same region then I am happy with same IP address but limiting the user to only 1 replica to get a static outbound IP is not good
