Static Outbound IP for Third-Party API Whitelisting

Hi, I'm hosting my Node.js backend on Railway. Does Railway provide a static outbound IPv4 (egress IP) for my service that I can whitelist with third-party APIs such as MSG91? If yes, how can I obtain it? If not, what are my options?

Yes, Railway does have Static Outbound IP feature, You need to upgrade to Pro Plan or above to access this feature
