I think an option to prevent signal notifications with the railway run command (logged at https://github.com/railwayapp/cli/blob/fb07d89c69caca7f87f6681bff670b54b95585d9/cmd/run.go#L281) would be quite useful– this can be annoying in situations such as auto-reloading scripts
