We use presigned URLs for direct client-to-bucket uploads to avoid routing files through our backend. The missing piece is knowing when an upload actually lands.

We'd love a way to configure a webhook URL per bucket that Railway calls whenever a new object is created.

This is a standard feature in Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, and Tigris.
