I'm using Railway to host my application (finotaur-server-production)

which processes personal data of EU and California users.

Per GDPR Article 28 and CCPA §1798.140, I need confirmation that a

Data Processing Agreement is in place between us.

Could you either:

(a) Send me your standard DPA for signature, or

(b) Confirm in writing that your Terms of Service include DPA-equivalent

provisions, and reference the specific clauses.
