Subject: Request: written confirmation of data deletion and processing details (account timurshayakhmetov@gmail.com)

Hello Railway team,

I am the owner of the Railway account timurshayakhmetov@gmail.com (individual entrepreneur Timur Shayakhmetov, Russia). Between 15 and 28 September 2026 I ran three small Telegram bots on Railway (project name: [project name]). On 28 September 2026 I deleted all deployments and services and moved the bots to another provider.

I need the following information for a regulatory data protection filing (Russian Federal Law 152-FZ). Please answer in writing:

1. Please confirm that all data related to my project has been deleted from Railway systems, including service volumes, databases, deployment and application logs, environment variables and backups. If anything is still retained, please state what it is, where it is stored, and when it will be deleted.
2. Please state the exact legal entity that provided the service to me (full name and registered address), and the legal entity that acted as the data processor.
3. In which country or region were my services hosted and my data stored during that period (data center region), and which sub-processors or other third parties could have had access to the data?
4. How long are application logs and backups kept after a project or service is deleted, and how can I verify deletion?
5. Please send me the applicable Data Processing Addendum or the terms that describe how you process customer data, and describe the technical and organizational security measures you apply.

If you cannot disclose any of these points, please say so explicitly.
