Currently it's added like buy domain first then use in our projects. But I want like make project then inside add custom domain from railway it will added to it. And for its charge add to project bills which is better option because sometimes users want to change their domains but if they buy with direct payment then didn't change it. And if it added through project or service then they can change anytime any domains and their overall bills will added monthly based or credits based any. This feature will be good. I suggest to add this.

That is a great suggestion that we already support! When you go to add a custom domain, you can also search for custom domains to purchase.
As for the billing, that is separate because domains need to be purchased per year (limitation of domains) and the project usage is billed per month.
