I am a developer based in Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.

I have been using Railway for my SaaS project (Winyflow)

and I love the platform.

Unfortunately, I am completely blocked because:

- Credit cards are not available in my country

- All virtual/prepaid Visa cards from Africa are rejected

by your payment system

- My previous support request was declined

I would like to formally request a HYBRID BILLING OPTION:

1. Allow users to pre-load credits via:

- PayPal

- Wire transfer / SWIFT

- Cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC)

- Mobile Money gateway (for African markets)

2. Services run as long as credits are available

(similar to AWS/GCP prepaid model)

This would unlock Railway for millions of developers

across Africa who currently cannot pay — not because

they don't want to, but because the payment

infrastructure doesn't exist here.

I am not alone. Many African developers face this

exact problem. This is a significant untapped market

for Railway.
