Hi Railway Team,

I’d like to suggest adding official support for .NET 8 and .NET 9 (Preview) SDKs and runtimes in the Railway build environment.

.NET 8 is now a Long-Term Support (LTS) release and is widely adopted by developers for production workloads. Official support would make deployment easier without requiring custom Dockerfiles or workarounds.

Additionally, early support for .NET 9 previews would be valuable for testing and feedback purposes, especially for developers experimenting with upcoming features and planning future upgrades.
