I just wanted to point out something concerning with your support, when trying to create a private thread, I was required to check a box saying it could be made public. This defeats the purpose of creating a private thread, also, it lacks any real context of when or why it would be made public, the statement about if this can be answered by the community is ambiguous.

This on top of the security incident, lack of communication directly to customers impacted, and today's deployment issues I am going to find a new place to build and maintain.
