Enable support for PEM-formatted SSH keys within Railway’s secrets and SSH connection workflows. Ideally, Railway would:

• Allow PEM key uploads or inline definition in the Secrets UI.

• Provide guidance and tooling to use these keys in railway run or Deployments.

• Optionally, support secure key mounting or in-memory usage for ephemeral workflows.
