^^You should be able to use the community provider. If there's anything you need the author seems to be very responsive. Let us know if that doesn't cover it

I am the provider author. Unfortunately I won't be able to support everything because my test account is not on a pro plan.

I need Pro access for Private networking, Regions, and User management.

I don't plan to add any features to that provider without adding tests and I can't test these features without having access to them. I have asked before, but can someone from Railway please create a terraform-test team for me that I can use for provider tests?
