Hi Railway team!

I'm currently testing a personal Telegram bot project and would like to deploy it using Railway. I understand that my account is on a limited free trial plan that only allows database deployments.

Would it be possible to unlock application deployment access for my account? I'm not running anything heavy – just testing a small Python bot.
