There are absolutely an insane amount of delayed deployments and issues arising on your service. If you are unable to provide a reliable service, please let the PAYING PRO plan users know so we can switch to another service. This is unacceptable amount of downtime.

it seems like an influx of free plan or hobby users are too much for railway to handle, I am now debating looking at Enterprise tier or moving to a different provider

sounds like time to switch to Fly.io or another service - actively migrating out as we speak - this is absolutely nonsensical amount of downtime every few days
