I operate a web application in Türkiye and use Railway as a hosting provider and data processor.

Under Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), I may need to execute the official Turkish Standard Contract – Controller to Processor for international transfers of personal data.

Does Railway support signing the Turkish KVKK Standard Contract with customers in Türkiye?

If yes, could you please let me know the procedure?
