We host both our API and database on Railway in the Amsterdam region.

Our application processes personal data of users located in Türkiye, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, membership details, and payment transaction records. We do not store payment card information.

Under Article 9 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we may need to execute the Turkish Standard Contractual Clauses (Controller-to-Processor, SS-2) (official documents can be find in English here https://www.kvkk.gov.tr/Icerik/7991/Standard-Contracts) with our hosting provider.

Could you please confirm whether Railway supports signing the official Turkish KVKK Standard Contractual Clauses, including the Turkish-language version?
