Would be awesome if we could set universal retry policies for all services. I personally would always want all of my scripts to restart on fail/crash an unlimited number of times.

Could we have this ticket track something like "Project Level Config (Retry Policy, etc)"?
Given we have stuff like, Shared environment variables, do we maybe want to have shared ?
Would we want those to inherit by default, or allow them to be set to "inherit"?

Jake Cooper: Universal settings would be awesome in general, with inheritance behavior being one we could set as well hahaha, I of course would have all inherit those settings by default. But I think it would be great to configure once and be done for most if not all of our services.
