User made plugins (and maybe a store for them)

I think it would be really cool if users could make their own plugins on railway, maybe even publish them on something like a plugin store? I'd love to see this added to railway, especially with some kind of original syntax.

having its own syntax for this makes no sense, it has 1 use, and learning a programming language for one very limited purpose doesn't make sense.
This would also need verification to ensure that details don't get stolen and it is trustworthy.
Also, why not just use web extensions. its easier, and doesnt require learning a new language

Milo: hi you got it confused, i didnt say a new language but rather something like a form of formatting your code to work with railway. Say like you provide a function for each event then railway just calls that function, and maybe have like default functions in the "window" variable. Idk if im clear

Korab Arifi: "some kind of syntax" suggests a programming language. Either way, this would be a nightmare to manage. They'd have to be official, and updates could take days to go out as they would have to be reviewed by people @ railway.

Milo: could hire reviewers and have the helpers help

Love this idea but we are currently rethinking the plugins system. So I am going to close this for now until we show off what we have been working on. ;)
