There is a carousel for the fresh bounties (accessible via the all discussions/bounties section). As of now, that carousel is non-scrollable, and it defeats its entire purpose.

While inspecting that element, I found that the no-scrollbar class is hiding the overflow slider. So, can you please either remove that class or tell the reasoning behind using it!
