I use railway up in a GitHub Action to deploy on tag pushes rather than pushes to main.

Problem: Deployments via railway up can't be named (see attached image), making it difficult to identify rollback candidates.

Proposed solutions:

1. Add ability to name railway up deployments

2. Enable webhook deployments to watch for tags matching specific patterns from my release pipeline
