You shouldn't be charging for an agent that hallucinates

I just used the agent for some help with an orphaned volume. I didn't create the problem - I had already deleted the volume, typed in the name of it, re-deployed, etc and it disappeared from my web dashboard. But I found that it still existed in my CLI and it's around 200MB so I would still be charged for it even though I can't even see it in the dashboard. Trying to delete it didn't work, so I started a chat with your agent. This was in order to fix a problem on YOUR end, not something I did wrong. It then actually hallucinated subcommands and wasted my time. To find out that it wasted my money also is not acceptable to me.

Why should I have to pay for your bad implementation of an AI agent? You should see this as a way to save time in your customer support process, not something that users have to pay for. I'm really disappointed.

Volumes are deleted only after 48 hours to prevent data loss from accidental deletions.

Cool. That's not what this post is about.
