Hi team,

My service "fisioaccordo-bot" in project "just-tranquility"

(project ID: 0f8f8671-3445-463a-abff-e3e2f2d0b1eb,

service ID: a78d65be-6459-4d9b-8889-dfc450132dea) is stuck in

"Limited Access" state with deploys paused.

Root cause: This morning the bot entered a crash loop because

I had duplicate bot instances polling the same Telegram token

from two now-deleted services (fortunate-amazement project,

which is scheduled for deletion May 1, and fisioaccordo-cron

inside just-tranquility, both removed).

I have since:

1. Removed all duplicate services

2. Rotated the Telegram bot token via BotFather

3. Updated the TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN variable in fisioaccordo-bot

There is a pending variable change ("1 Change" badge) and the

latest commit (Retrieval V5) is ready to deploy. The Railway

internal agent confirmed this requires manual intervention to

clear the Limited Access flag.

Please reset the Limited Access state on this service so I can

deploy the pending changes.
