Hello Railway Support,
I am very frustrated with this situation and I need urgent assistance.
I contacted support earlier regarding a payment issue, but I have not received any response yet. Initially, one payment was showing as pending, and because I urgently needed access to my project, I made another payment attempt.
Now both payments have been charged, for a total of approximately $10, while my issue remains unresolved and my service is still not working as expected.
I need you to:
- Review my account and billing status immediately.
- Confirm which payment was successfully applied.
- Refund any duplicate or unnecessary charge.
- Restore access to my project if payment has been received.
I have been a paying user after my trial period and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please treat this as urgent.
