Hello Railway Support,

I am very frustrated with this situation and I need urgent assistance.

I contacted support earlier regarding a payment issue, but I have not received any response yet. Initially, one payment was showing as pending, and because I urgently needed access to my project, I made another payment attempt.

Now both payments have been charged, for a total of approximately $10, while my issue remains unresolved and my service is still not working as expected.

I need you to:

  1. Review my account and billing status immediately.
  2. Confirm which payment was successfully applied.
  3. Refund any duplicate or unnecessary charge.
  4. Restore access to my project if payment has been received.

I have been a paying user after my trial period and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please treat this as urgent.
