не могу перейти на другой бесплатный план . Раньше пользовался планом за 20 долларов а после, когда он закончился не могу перейти на другой план , пишет: подписка у пользователя уже есть.

I can't switch to another free plan. I used to have a $20 plan, but when it expired, I couldn't switch to another plan. It says: "User already has a subscription."

Hey there!
Taking a look, it looks like your last payment failed due to an invalid card number on December 7th. That's why you're having issues.
I went ahead and voided that invoice out (so you don't owe us anything) and canceled your subscription. So now you should be able to use the free plan.
