how long are you seeing the railway page for?

are you using a readiness healthcheck?
i'm not (and i have in the past when i faced this issue, and it did not solve it) - bit afraid to update rn as we're getting a bunch of traffic atm

it can help, so i would recommend doing it when you have the downtime, along with setting a service variable RAILWAY_DEPLOYMENT_OVERLAP_SECONDS to 35 (default is 20)

Pulling out of the call, not only we recommended healthchecks, but you can optionally set up: RAILWAY_DEPLOYMENT_OVERLAP_SECONDS to control the rollout behavior.
