Your "insightful-heart" service shows a build stuck at the "Building the image..." phase. Build cache is not guaranteed since our build system scales in response to demand, so a cache miss can cause builds to take significantly longer than usual. If the build continues to hang, you can cancel it and trigger a redeploy from the service's deployment menu.
