I was testing postgres on trial i tried pushing my db to it up to first 3 million records it worked flawlessly but after it gave disk full error while i checked my db it takes up only 325mb , it indicates train volume full and ram up to 500mb continuous usage

Hey, the full disk usage may be related to the stored metadata for the filesystem https://docs.railway.com/reference/volumes#pricing. Since you have reached the max. resource limit on the trial plan, it is perhaps best for you to upgrade to a paid plan.
