the first time running an endpoint, takes too long, subsequence times its normal, even if i have a pre-warm function

Can you confirm that you don't have Enable Serverless option enabled in your service settings? If it is, it's most likely what's causing the 11 seconds cold start.

I dont have it, but we found a solution using a custom domain, thx anyways
