Hello Railway team,
My project appears to have 17 staged but undeployed changes, but the staged-changes banner is not visible anywhere on the project canvas.
Project: kanda-ai-secretary
Environment: production
Service: line-webhook
Patch ID: 32c5dedf-3f7b-4713-af74-b325c4a03c25
Patch status: STAGED
The current production service is online and its latest deployment is successful. I have not intentionally deployed or discarded these 17 changes.
I tried closing all service and Agent panels and performing a hard refresh, but the banner still does not appear. The Railway Agent history also does not show the patch contents.
Could you please:
- Confirm the exact contents of these 17 staged changes.
- Explain how I can review them in the dashboard, or restore the missing staged-changes banner.
- Please do not deploy, commit, or discard the changes until I have reviewed them.

Your production environment has zero staged changes right now, so there is nothing pending to deploy, discard, or review. The banner not appearing is consistent with that: the canvas shows the staged-changes banner only when there are actual changes to act on. No action is needed on your side.

Thank you, but this does not resolve the issue.
I have just rechecked the production environment status, and Railway still returns:
- stagedChanges.changeCount: 17
- patchId: 32c5dedf-3f7b-4713-af74-b325c4a03c25
- patchStatus: STAGED
At the same time, the dashboard shows no staged-changes banner. Therefore, the dashboard and the environment status are returning contradictory information.
Please escalate this to a human Railway team member and inspect the patch directly. I need confirmation of its exact contents before anything is deployed or discarded.
