I'm new to railway so I apologise from the start. I think I have 2 deploys of the same app, not sure , asking for help or at least an explanation. Should I delete one and will that affect the other deploy if it is the same? How is this even possible? How do I make sure it doesn't happen moving forward if what I think is true? Am I being charged double for this? See attached screenshot.

You do have two separate projects ("industrious-mindfulness" and "mellow-contentment"), each containing its own instance of "carbonconstruct-procurement-dashboard", and both are running and incurring usage ($0.18 and $0.20 respectively this period). They are independent, so deleting one will not affect the other. To avoid this in the future, deploy new services into an existing project rather than creating a new one. You can remove the duplicate project from your dashboard.
