Hi Railway team,

Our organisation experienced a very strange case. This morning, we noticed that wiki.arkadia.hn, arkadia.hn (arkadia langdingpage), and level3.hn (level3 landingpage) all suddenly became unreachable.

When I logged into Railway, I received a warning (or error) stating:

"""

Hosting or distributing any of the following items will ban your account permanently:

  • Mirrors / Userbots
  • Crypto Miners
  • DMCA Protected Content
  • Torrent Aggregators
  • VNC / Virtual Desktops
  • Anything Illegal

"""

I accepted it. Then I checked the logs. As I found out, all requests were returning 502 errors. It seems like this has been happening since last midnight. Additionally, two containers had crashed (but then, I have removed them because I don't need them yet).

Fortunately, I just needed to redeploy and everything worked again. But now I'm unsure about what actually happened.

May I ask — was there any issue on Railway's side during this time frame? Or did a service in our organisation trigger some kind of ban?

Thank you for your help.

We experienced a major service disruption on May 20 between 02:25 UTC and 07:57 UTC that affected traffic, DNS, and deployments across all regions. Your downtime and 502 errors fall squarely within that window. Your account was not flagged or banned - the prompt you saw is a standard Terms of Service acknowledgment that appears periodically for all users and is unrelated to the outage. A full post-mortem is available at https://blog.railway.com/p/incident-report-may-19-2026-gcp-account-outage.
