I've set up n8n (with workers, Postgres & Redis) from a template and set up a custom domain via Cloudflare on the primary instance. The domain seems be working properly. I can access n8n and build workflow. But when I create an n8n form and try to access the form page i get 404 with the message "Please check your network settings to confirm that your domain has provisioned."

I've tried to find a solution to this problem on my own but haven't found any.
