Good Morning Railway, I keep trying to make a payment for my Hobby Plan and it saying declined even though I put correct Account Number and payment details. my account was not funded but have funded it so not sure what the problem could be. appreciate help. this message is private.

Is your visa allowed to make recurring payments? Have you contacted your bank to make sure they are not blocking payments?

hello sir , I have same issue , I want to buy plan but im getting error with payment declined notification. mine cards works well in meta ads and even worked when buying domain , i just getting problem here , and there isnt any alternative payment options , please help me

Hello sir, mine its not a payment problem but next week I have the presentation for my final studies project, I have 0,05$ left, but its going down very slowly, even after I deleted all the deployments after christmas, but it still has gone from 0,08$ to 0,05$, can I also have some help with this, I know 5$ for hobbys plan is not a big deal but It shouldnt be going down as i dont have any deployments on. Thank you sir

Hello,
While you may have removed your deployments on Jan 9th, you still have data in the volumes that you are expending credits for.

Your bank declined the payment, there's nothing we can do about that on our side, you would need to get in contact with your bank.
