You need to pay any outstanding invoices if you would like to continue using the platform.

What happened was that my card did not have enough money and when I put the card numbers on the page several times and then I wanted to put the card in, I can't put it in, it tells me to pay the debt and contact me but at billing@railway. app to make me another payment method and they don't send me until now how I can do and activate the hobby plan, since I am from Peru in South America they don't give me the respective support, I don't know if someone can support me and contact me with railway to the group to make the payment of $5 because I have an artificial intelligence project and it is an educational form
