$5 plan but it costs me double without spending resources

Hello, a question because I have spent $3.36 if I didn't use anything, I installed typebot for $5/month but it charges me double and now in just one day $3.36, I don't understand how they charge.

 Is the rate not fixed? and another thing because it uses resources that I'm not using, I shouldn't pay only $5.

 I await your response thank you very much

The subscription fee of $5 is fixed.

The resource costs are not fixed - https://railway.app/pricing

The Hobby plan comes with $5 that are automatically used towards resource costs, anything above that are you are charged for it.

I had a look at your invoices and they are all in order.
