500 Internal Server Error on railway up — Failed to create code snapshot for 3 weeks:

I have been deploying my website (hospederiadecuenca.com) via Railway CLI for months without issues. About 3 weeks ago deployments suddenly stopped working.

Error when running "railway up":

Failed to upload code with status code 500 Internal Server Error

Error shown in dashboard:

Initialization > Snapshot code — Failed to create code snapshot. Please review your last commit, or try again.

The service also shows "Initializing (533+ hours)" — a deployment stuck for over 3 weeks.

Things I have tried:

• Updated Railway CLI to v5.27.2
• Logged out and back in
• Ran git init and committed the project
• Used the Diagnose tool — it also fails

Billing is active: Hobby plan, card on file, $5 paid today. The website is still live — I just cannot deploy updates.

Please check and unblock my workspace/service.
