501 Not Implemented error

Today, our API service hosted on Railway had 501 Not Implemented error, I believe it's not related to our code, it looks like Railway issue. Can you tell us what happened? Our API is deployed on US West

Hello, I've just searched our codebase, and we do not set a 501 status code under any circumstances, this would be a code your application set.

I've also checked our global http logs and do not see an elevated amount of 501's
