Both database and application were deployed successfully, but it gives a 502 response.

Your deployment state is COMPLETED - meaning nothing is actually running anymore.
This is an application level issue, something we could not help with as it would not be directly related to the Railway platform or product.
Please review your logs to look for potential issues so that you may be able to take action to fix the application level issue.
