Please don't use Dockerfile for Laravel on Railway. It won't set up the right way.

i don't have choice because i have test it . but it's don't run . that why i use dockerfile, railway.json and nginx.conf

You have a choice. Please set it up according to the process outline in the guide https://docs.railway.com/guides/laravel.

Dockerfile for Laravel won't work because it's going to try to use docker compose that we don't support yet.
