Just as a sanity check, try setting your application to listen to port 3000 and the URL to map to 3000 as well and see if that fixes it.

Both Railway's internal health checks AND external browser requests return 502. No traffic of any kind reaches the container. The server process is running and healthy but completely unreachable from outside.
