Your custom domain backoffice.sukkurmall.com has a DNS record status of "requires update" - the CNAME record needs to point to pmlrh2x3.up.railway.app but currently does not resolve to it. Since you're using Cloudflare, make sure you have a CNAME record targeting pmlrh2x3.up.railway.app in your Cloudflare DNS settings, and try disabling the Cloudflare proxy (orange cloud to gray) to rule out any proxy interference causing the 503.
