Yep. But you will have to manually redeploy each service.
Okay, will i lose the deployment code that is deployed when it is paused? If so how how can i backup the deployments code that is deployed

The code? What code?
my deployment works fine but locally code is messed up and if i lose deployment i lose all my code so when you say redeploy, is there a redeploy option near the deployment that was pasued

Your code is not stored on Railway

Your code is pulled from whatever source you choose

But also no. You will not lose your code if usage limits are reached. On Replit.

If they did that would be extremely crazy

(I have never used Replit or even read about it but I know that that's not how they would do it)
