when usage limit hits, and my deployment is paused, will i lose my deployments code and when i pay again, will it start being deployed again?

Yep. But you will have to manually redeploy each service.

my deployment works fine but locally code is messed up and if i lose deployment i lose all my code so when you say redeploy, is there a redeploy option near the deployment that was pasued
