Hi Railway team,
Container creation has been hanging silently on every deploy for the last ~90 minutes.
Need help unblocking it.

Current region: EU West (Amsterdam) — recently switched from Southeast Asia
Replica count: 1
Symptoms (consistent across 4+ consecutive deploys):
- Initialization ✓
- Build ✓ (~1m14s, no warnings)
- Image publish ✓
- preDeployCommand ✓ (Prisma db push completes)
- CREATE_CONTAINER → stuck in pending indefinitely, no logs, no error
- Eventually marked FAILED with "container creation step never finished"
What I've already tried:
- Switched region from Southeast Asia → EU West (failure pattern persists)
- Multiple manual redeploys of the same commit
- Cancelled stuck deploys and redeployed fresh
Suspecting an account- or service-level scheduling issue rather than regional capacity
(since switching region didn't help). Could you check whether this service is stuck on
a degraded host, or migrate it to a healthy one?

We're aware of ongoing deployment infrastructure issues that are affecting container creation across the platform, and our team is actively working on a resolution. Cancelling queued or stuck deploys and waiting before redeploying is recommended, as additional redeploys can compound the issue.
