Oh goodness I was away from a computer for over a month and totally lost track of this. I have however found out that this happens specifically when trying to delete one specific volume.

Reproduction steps:

• I have a volume in my project that is not attached to any db or anything (named apparatus-volume)

  • Unsure of what is special about this volume specifically.. I was able to delete other volumes that were not attached to db services

• Whenever I try to delete the volume, after engaging with the popup I get a spinner for 'applying changes' that seemingly hangs (after a few minutes of spinning it finally leaves, with the volume still remaining unchanged)

Downscaled this to make sure it would upload (was originally too big), sorry if it got a bit blurry
